Claimed by the Alpha I Hate – Episode 66
Klaudius disappeared into the lower passages with Nolan and Daisy close behind. The castle no longer obeyed him, but he knew every hidden route.
Lucien intercepted them at a stone stair. He claimed Klaudius was heading toward the ancient blood chamber.
“Why help us?” Nolan asked.
“Because if he reaches it, none of us will rule what remains.” Lucien’s answer placed ambition above loyalty.
Daisy confronted him about Vera. The memory in Klaudius’s blood had shown Lucien’s crest.
He admitted arranging the interception but blamed Klaudius for the order. Remorse never entered his voice.
Nolan attacked. Lucien dissolved into shadow before the claws reached him.
“Later,” Daisy said, pulling Nolan toward the lower stair. Lucien would answer for Vera, but Klaudius remained the immediate threat.
The blood chamber lay beneath the mountain. Channels carved into the floor converged around an empty throne.
Klaudius stood at its center, drawing life from loyal guards who followed him below.
Daisy released them from his command, but several remained willingly. Fear and devotion could survive even after magical chains broke.
Nolan fought the guards while Daisy faced her father.
Klaudius offered one final bargain. Join him, and together they could destroy Lucien and rule both species.
Daisy saw the future he promised: peace created through obedience, with every choice belonging to their bloodline.
“That isn’t peace,” she said. “It’s your fear wearing a crown.”
Klaudius attacked with the power drained from his followers. Daisy met it with the balanced force of wolf and vampire.
The chamber trembled. Nolan finished the last guard and joined her side.
The mate bond strengthened Daisy without taking choice from either of them. Klaudius’s stolen power could not match it.
They drove him backward toward the blood throne. Cracks spread beneath his feet.
Above, Lucien closed the chamber door and began sealing it—with Klaudius, Daisy, and Nolan all trapped inside.
