StoryReel respects the intellectual property rights of creators, production companies, distributors, publishers, streaming platforms, and other rights holders.
In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (“DMCA”), StoryReel responds to valid copyright infringement notices and may remove or disable access to material when appropriate.

StoryReel is an independent short-drama discovery and story companion website.
Content available through StoryReel may include:
- Short-drama information and Drama Universe pages
- Video content originating from ReelShort / RS Boost
- StoryReel-created narrative adaptations based on available video episodes
- StoryReel-created story adaptations or continuations based on publicly available information and established story context
- Original descriptions, editorial material, website copy, graphics, and other StoryReel-created content
- Links to ReelShort and other third-party websites or services
StoryReel does not claim ownership of third-party intellectual property merely because it is referenced, displayed, discussed, adapted, or linked to on the Website.
Third-party drama titles, characters, trademarks, logos, audiovisual materials, and other protected works remain subject to the rights of their respective owners.
2. ReelShort / RS Boost Content
Video content made available through StoryReel may originate from ReelShort / RS Boost.
StoryReel is not the official ReelShort website. ReelShort and its associated trademarks, drama titles, audiovisual works, and other intellectual property remain subject to the rights of their respective owners.
StoryReel may also participate in affiliate or referral programs associated with ReelShort / RS Boost. A commercial or referral relationship does not transfer ownership of ReelShort’s intellectual property to StoryReel or NumLeap Tech LLC.

3. StoryReel Narrative Adaptations
StoryReel publishes written narrative adaptations and continuations related to short dramas.
When a corresponding video episode is available, StoryReel may create a written narrative adaptation based on the events depicted in that video.
When a corresponding video is not available, StoryReel may create an unofficial story adaptation or continuation using publicly available story information, previously established characters, relationships, and plot context.
These StoryReel-created texts are not presented as official ReelShort scripts, transcripts, screenplays, or novels.
The creation of original StoryReel expression does not affect or replace any rights that third parties may hold in underlying characters, stories, audiovisual works, trademarks, or other protected material.
If you believe a StoryReel adaptation infringes rights you own or represent, you may submit a notice for review under this policy.
4. Filing a DMCA Takedown Notice
If you are a copyright owner or are authorized to act on behalf of a copyright owner and believe that material appearing on StoryReel infringes your copyright, please send us a written DMCA notice.
Your notice should include:
- Identification of the copyrighted workIdentify the copyrighted work that you believe has been infringed. If your notice covers multiple copyrighted works, you may provide a representative list where permitted by law.

6. What Happens After We Receive a Notice
After receiving a copyright notice, StoryReel may review the notice to determine whether it contains the information necessary to evaluate the request.
Where appropriate, we may:
- Request additional information or clarification
- Investigate the material identified in the notice
- Remove or disable access to material
- Temporarily restrict access to material while a claim is reviewed
- Contact relevant parties where appropriate
- Preserve information reasonably necessary to document or respond to the claim
- Take other action consistent with applicable law
Submitting a notice does not guarantee that material will automatically be removed.
We may consider the information provided, applicable law, the nature of the material, and other relevant circumstances when reviewing a request.
7. Counter-Notification
If material has been removed or disabled as a result of a DMCA notice and you believe the removal resulted from mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification where permitted by law.
A counter-notification should include:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the material that was removed or disabled and the location where it appeared before removal or disabling.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief that the material was removed or disabled because of mistake or misidentification.
- Your name, address, and telephone number.
- A statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the appropriate United States federal court as required by the DMCA and accepting service of process from the person who submitted the original infringement notice or that person’s agent.

8. Restoration Following a Counter-Notification
When we receive a valid counter-notification, we may provide a copy to the party who submitted the original DMCA notice where required or permitted by law.
Material may be restored in accordance with the procedures and time periods provided by applicable law unless the original complaining party informs us that appropriate legal action has been initiated to prevent restoration.
Submission of a counter-notification does not guarantee restoration of material.
9. Repeat Infringement
StoryReel maintains a policy of addressing repeated copyright infringement where appropriate.
Because StoryReel is not currently designed as an open user-generated publishing platform, the specific action available to us will depend on how the material at issue entered or appears on the Website.
Where appropriate, StoryReel may:
- Remove or disable access to infringing material
- Discontinue use of disputed material
- Restrict access associated with repeated abusive or infringing activity
- Terminate relationships or access where reasonably appropriate
- Take other measures consistent with applicable law
10. Misrepresentations and False Claims
Please do not knowingly submit false, misleading, or fraudulent copyright claims or counter-notifications.
Statements made in DMCA notices and counter-notifications may have legal consequences.
Before submitting a notice, you should consider whether you own or are authorized to represent the relevant rights and whether the use at issue may be authorized by the rights holder or permitted by applicable law.
StoryReel does not determine private ownership disputes between unrelated parties merely because a claim is submitted through this process.
11. Trademark and Other Rights Complaints
The DMCA process primarily concerns copyright.
If your concern involves a trademark, impersonation, attribution, proprietary material, or another rights-related issue rather than copyright infringement, you may still contact our rights team at:

12. No Admission of Liability
Removing, disabling, restoring, or reviewing material in response to a copyright complaint does not constitute an admission by StoryReel or NumLeap Tech LLC that infringement occurred.
Similarly, the continued availability of material during or following a review does not constitute a legal determination that the material is non-infringing.
Copyright questions can depend on facts and legal issues that vary from case to case.
13. Third-Party Websites and Platforms
StoryReel may link to or interact with third-party services, including ReelShort.
StoryReel generally cannot remove material hosted entirely on a third-party platform that we do not control.
If the material you are concerned about exists on ReelShort or another third-party website rather than on StoryReel.cc, you may need to contact that platform or its designated copyright representative directly.
Our DMCA process applies to material accessible through StoryReel to the extent that NumLeap Tech LLC can reasonably control or address that material.

We may update this DMCA Policy from time to time to reflect changes to StoryReel, our content practices, applicable law, or our copyright-handling procedures.
