My Alpha Boss Gave Me Triplets – Episode 82

Rain began an hour before the ceremony. Staff offered to move everything indoors, but Evie watched water run through the courtyard channels she had designed and chose to wait.

The storm passed quickly, leaving the stone bright and the air clean. Guests from Stonehearth, Blackhart, the company, the retreat, and Evie’s human life entered through the same doors without rank seating.

Mara’s three tokens rested in the neutral archive display, not on an altar. The wedding honored history without asking the dead to govern the living.

Evie walked into the courtyard alone. Nobody gave her to Leopold. Halfway down the aisle, she stopped to take Mira from Leah, while Leopold carried Rowan and Max held Hope.

They reached the center as a family already formed, not two bloodlines negotiating ownership.

Sara officiated under civil law. Lara witnessed for the retreat community, and Max represented Stonehearth after refusing to describe himself as “the Alpha’s side.”

Leopold’s vows contained no promise to protect Evie from everything. He promised to believe her account of her own life, ask before acting in her name, and repair harm when good intentions failed.

Evie promised honesty without obedience, partnership without surrender, and love chosen again whenever ordinary life made destiny less dramatic.

They exchanged rings. No magical chain appeared, no seal closed around them, and no ancestral voice declared approval.

Instead, the triplets began crying in sequence. The guests laughed, and Evie interrupted the ceremony to take Hope from Max.

Only after all three babies settled did Sara pronounce Evie and Leopold married. Their kiss was brief because Rowan pulled Leopold’s collar with surprising strength.

The Stonehearth wolves felt warmth pass through the open seal. This time they did not kneel. They applauded beside their human neighbors.

Edna watched from the second row. Marcus and Leah sat across the aisle rather than ahead of everyone else. Neither family controlled the center.

At the reception, Leopold surprised Evie with a restored model of the internship design Francesca once stole. A plaque named Evie Florentine as its sole creator and recorded the date she first submitted it.

Evie placed the model in the retreat’s education room, where young designers could study the work and the history of how credit had been taken.

She surprised Leopold by announcing a scholarship for human and mixed-background designers, funded jointly from recovered wages and Stonehearth restitution.

Max delivered a speech describing the first time Leopold insisted the magnetic bond could not be real. Evie corrected several details, and Leopold accepted the humiliation as part of marriage.

When night fell, the family walked outside beneath three newly planted trees. Mira touched an owl carving, Rowan reached for the wolf, and Hope rested her hand on the fox.

Silver light traveled through the roots toward the hill where their future home would stand. It opened no curse and demanded no sacrifice. It illuminated the outline of Mara’s unfinished garden.

Evie looked at Leopold, then at their children. “Let us build it properly this time.”
